The Fedex van drove by my work, around the drop off time, didn’t stop to deliver my package from Ikea. Couple hours later, someone “magically” signed a signature not even my name, and the location pinged at somewhere on a totally different road. We have camera at my job, so i can prove easily there was no delivery. But theyre so quick to close the complaint ticket of missing package that i had. Probably the driver stole it.
Lied about owner canceled package,sent packages back without any consent,called me and lied about delivery's,said packages were dropped off when they were not.do not use Fed ex auful experience.go ups
It was an excellent and flawless delivery pickup. I had a large order coming to my home, Wendy called ahead to confirm if I wanted the delivery there with a call ahead or come pick it up. Definitely would recommend
My package has been out for delivery for 10 days straight. What is the problem? Can you just give my package to UPS? Or maybe an Amish delivery service. Anything would be better than this.
