Why don't your drivers at least knock on the door to alert us of our delivery. Just put it on the porch and left. No indication of delivery so porch pirates could have taken it.

Fedex is the worst shipping company in the business...I've had countless packages show up late, even after being notified that it was on a delivery vehicle to be delivered that day...You're never able to speak with anyone that knows their ass from a hole in the ground...I can go on for hours about how totally crappy this so called great delivery service is...Someone should be held responsible each time it happens , especially when its about 8 out of 10 times Just a totally BS outfit imo

Lost my first package that was 152 lbs the sender sent a replacement and FedEx delivered it to the wrong address and won’t help me I will also add that it’s now been 4 weeks since i received my first tracking number The only numbers you can call are computer people that don’t understand what your saying so if you have any issues your pretty much screwed for a lack of better words in my life I have had not one pleasant FedEx experience maybe they will see this and try to fix their mistake but I doubt it I’ve probably lost my ... read more
