Said they tried to deliver 2 or 3 times with no explanation as to why they the package never showed up. Upon my investigation I found the apartment number was missing. All they had to do was to call or ask at the office for location, but no. I had to call the shipper and have them give the correction.
The employees are very good.
I live in Quartzsite. My package was delivered to someone in Yuma. FedEx has proof and a signature to prove they delivered my package to someone in Yuma. They claim it is my responsibility to find it. The loss puts me at risk and my money is gone but I can't go to another city in hopes of finding the person who has my battery and convincing them to be honest. Avoid businesses that ship with FedEx!!!!
Had a package shipped from Amazon. Tracking package was good.
