FedEx Yuma delivered my package to the wrong address, according to their website, then had to collect it for redelivery. They stopped updating the tracking on the morning of March 31st and it's now end of day on April 4th (for a two-day service) with no changes and no phone call from the local warehouse after calling FedEx several times. Said they tried to deliver 2 or 3 times with no explanation as to why they the package never showed up. Upon my investigation I found the apartment number was missing. All they had to do was to call or ask at the office for location, but no. I had to call the shipper and have them give the correction.

I live in Quartzsite. My package was delivered to someone in Yuma. FedEx has proof and a signature to prove they delivered my package to someone in Yuma. They claim it is my responsibility to find it. The loss puts me at risk and my money is gone but I can't go to another city in hopes of finding the person who has my battery and convincing them to be honest. Avoid businesses that ship with FedEx!!!!
