Hmmm let's just say package wasn't delivered on time then to the wrong address and still no resolution 5 weeks later. I am expecting no results from this and will be out over $300 bucks.
I had a package that had to be shipped there they were very helpful about getting my package to me!
You don't speak to an actual person it frustrating.. no matter what fed ex you call they all send you to the same automated system
Wow. It only took 8 phone calls, to get a package picked up. I had a return label. There online wouldn't process the tracking number and the pick up request. It told me to call customer service. What a bad attitude
