FedEx has always been my top choice for shipping packages. The staff is professional, courteous, and helpful with any questions. Deliveries are timely, and tracking is accurate. The shipping process is smooth, and the stores are clean and organized. FedEx provides consistent, reliable service, making it easy to send packages with confidence.

Very bad experience. And I will mention names here. They called me to pick up my freight. Leo the one who called and said it’s ready for pick up. I came and they won’t let me in on the gate. I waited for an hour at the gate. Called main office and they called this facility and they let me in. Again Leo was the one who intentionally wasted time going back and forth and then disappeared. 2 hours at facility and another hour and a half for drive wasted. I’ll make sure to bring this to the main office attention

Absolutely unacceptable experience with FedEx Freight. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was called and told my freight was ready for pickup — by someone named Leo. I drove out there, only to be stuck at the gate for over an hour because they “had no information.” I had to call the main office myself just to be let in. Once inside, Leo, the same person who called me, disappeared and wasted even more time going back and forth without any actual help.
