I am so upset right now I ordered a small chest freezer from Walmart.I have been following tracking and waiting for this delivery all morning.I received a message from Walmart saying my delivery was made .I replied not it wasn’t because I was watching from my front door.So then Walmart sent me the picture and my delivery was placed in the middle of a snow pile army the end of outr handicap ramp.My husband and I are both handicapped he in a wheelchair and I with heart problems unable to walk without a walker cannot believe yo... read more
The people there were awesome and willing to help load the freight with us.
Why don't your drivers at least knock on the door to alert us of the delivery. Just put it on the porch and left. Common courtesy, thank you
