One in tree package missing, wrong mailbox or left on the ground. Very stressing to bee served by Fedex, you never know how bad it will end up.
If you don't need your package use fedex bcuz they can't deliver it to the next door neighbors of they're shop unbelievable how sorry the drivers are out of 10 pkgs not 1 was delivered to my address had to go get them 3 days later the pkg was supposed to be out for delivery yet no sign of it at my house don't use FEDEX PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!! Update only 1 day late after going to corporate and got delivered, finally got my pkgs lady said she was Mgr and fedex trucks i.e. box vans can't get in my driveway we'll u.p.s.and even bigge... read more
I used FedEx for 35-yrs when I had businesses in Naples FL. And they were perfectly on time. Now I’m retired in Asheville NC. FedEx is used by many online vendors. And they are horrid. Promised delivery times consistently missed. Lost pallets of goods in Atlanta hub. Just the biggest disappointment ever.
Hate dealing with FedEx!! Get tracking that it is out for delivery that never shows until 3 or 4 days later!! Packages are often damaged! Unable to actually talk to a live person! Pure garbage company!! Utter dread when something I ordered is going to be delivered by them!!! If I could give them zero stars I would!!
Just use UPS ... Fedex sucks missed my Christmas gift because of them
