They had a delivery for that required good communication as they would be delivery to an unmanned jobsite. They came thru with flying colors. The communication was excellant, the driver was very professional, and helpful. We highly recommend this lication, they get what customer service is all about.

Every morning " your package will be delivered today." Every afternoon, " delivery delayed." "Your package will be delivered tomorrow." Repeat 5 or 6 days. Zero human customer service. Avoid Fed Ex deliveries from big box stores or for anything important.

I have the same issues as many others. False claims of “out for delivery” or “delivery attempted” but nothing ever shows. The staff is here yet when deliveries are “attempted,” no one is aware and no stickers are left as proof of delivery. Today we are stuck in limbo with their delivery handywork. Online says out for delivery then back to the depot. Try to get it set up to pick it up myself and they state it would have to be another day to get it set up. What? Every single time anything is supposed to ship to our offices, we are notified the business was closed when they arrived. However, we have staff here from 7 am to 7 pm daily and somehow every other carrier manages to deliver to us. FedEx is an awful company who outsources deliveries to their own detriment. I refuse to order from any companies that use FedEx any longer because nothing ever arrives on time. This is the WORST location I have ever experienced working with.
