Been waiting all day for a package I ordered 2 years ago and they couldn't do the only thing they're in business to do, which is to deliver it. Called off work for the delivery window which was 230pm and by 830 they rescheduled. What a useless company. They don't answer the phone and if you leave a message they won't call back. Would give 0 stars if possible.
