The FedEx driver lied about delivering my package. I have cameras that can see the mailbox. No FedEx truck ever pulled up to the mailbox. The picture they took is a blank envelope laying in the grass that doesn't have any name or address on it. What makes this worse is its happened more than once and only when I have mail expedited from my bank like a new debit or credit card or checks. FedEx customer service is a joke. The company needs to investigate their employees!
They have THE FREIGHT!
Driver wouldn't give me time to get to the door. I'm disabled.
