I want to give a zero rating! For 2 days I have had my package state it was out for delivery. 2 days it was returned back to fedex. Day 1 fedex is seen on camera at my house but did not deliver my package contacted customer service and they assured me it would be here the next day. Upon tracking package in the morning at 6:30 am on Day 2 it stated out for delivery and drivers name was Corey. The delivery driver took off with my package before I could answer the door! She rang the bell once, then waited 31 seconds (recorded on the doorbell camera). Disabled? Limited mobility? Too bad. Need to reach someone to ask for assistance? Too bad. Screw your automated system.

I made an order and it was shipped by FedEx. I was supposed to receive it Thursday March 27, 2025. It's the 29th and they're telling me someone called and rescheduled the delivery which wasn't me. It's been on their truck for delivery since Thursday but I haven't received anything, They keep rescheduling the delivery. I haven't received anything. Walmart has my money, FedEx has my stuff on their truck since Thursday but they're not bringing it. Something in the milk ain't clean. What I needed my order for has came and went. ... read more
