A supervisor called me to setup a drop off appointment. After I informed him of my work schedule, and not able to be home from 10 to 2 PM, He told me that it was my fault the item was not delivered ,since, I didn't consent to the item been left outside without a signature
Nobody has been more disgusted with this company than me the past few years, but I did have to pick up a delivery here recently and the woman answered the phone promptly (you have to phone them that you are there) she came out promptly, got my info, and in less than 5 minutes my crate got brought out on a lift truck, was loaded quickly on my pickup and without issues and she promptly re-appeared, asked if the condition was OK (it was... the box wasn't even dirty) and I was on my way.
