They have the absolute worst customer service. I spoke to eight people that kept asking me the same question which was making me very upset. On the phone for over an hour and got absolutely no where. Why they call themselves customer service is far beyond me.
avoid at all cost
FedEx is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to shipping. That's why we use UPS at work.
Very nice professional atmosphere went in I had a US postal code with three stops but warmed up having five stops on there so authorized to drop off at FedEx and they were very professional very nice very quick and fast
