Very nice professional atmosphere went in I had a US postal code with three stops but warmed up having five stops on there so authorized to drop off at FedEx and they were very professional very nice very quick and fast

I’ve never been so disappointed in fed ex. They left a 500 pound package at the end of my driveway. Telling me they only did curbside with freight. When they refused to bring it up didn’t offer to bring it another day. The driver and customer service lied to me on multiple occasions. We were told through out the whole ordering process and on fedexs website they would bring it to our door. I will be avoiding fed ex freight. The lack of communication is insane. the absolute worst customer service hands down. Try to call fedex freight for a pickup and have to get transferred 5 times before i can talk to an actual Freight handler.

I don't ship/receive freight too often but the several times I've shipping/received freight at this location has been smooth and easy. No surprises. I'll continue to use them as my LTL option.
