Two stars, one for each of the great employees I interacted with (seriously, both were great). ZERO stars for FedEx and FedEx procedures though! Tracking shows my item arrived at the facility on 5/26, with an estimated delivery date of 5/31 (why it was planned to sit there so long is another question). I was supposed to get a call to coordinate the delivery, after not getting a call by the afternoon of 5/31 I called FedEx.
