Always late, unprofessional and don’t know how to follow directions. But at least I got my freight. The fedex ground is much worse!
Two deliveries this week my packages were left by the road next to the garbage can, anyone could have taken it, they are supposed to come up our driveway 1/3 a mile from the road, they’ve come up our driveway for 16 years no problem until these last two deliveries, not happy about this at all
Driver attempted delivery of a package that I was at home waiting for, by pulling up taking a picture from their vehicle and marking it business closed. No door tag, no phone calls nothing. I hate fedex. Not the first time this has happened. Laziest bunch of drivers I've ever met..I was a driver for Airborne ex before dhl bought it out, so I know the job.
