Shameful customer service, I own a business and drivers continuously try to leave packages outside our store after it has closed. I have told FedEx multiple times we are a store not a residence and they never change that in their system! They like to hold packages once they are sent to their facility for three days before getting them out on their delivery trucks. Driver stole my package and no one at FedEx will do anything about it. Im calling the police. They stole a package worth $300. The same driver has been attempting to deliver it to the same incorrect address for over a week. Filing for a police investigation.

Wednesday 5/22 around 1 pm in East Syracuse.The driver heard me calling for help and left his truck to put my big box in my garage, since I couldn't lift it.Thanks!
