Driver stole my package and no one at FedEx will do anything about it. Im calling the police. They stole a package worth $300. The same driver has been attempting to deliver it to the same incorrect address for over a week. Filing for a police investigation.

Wednesday 5/22 around 1 pm in East Syracuse.The driver heard me calling for help and left his truck to put my big box in my garage, since I couldn't lift it.Thanks!
I wish I could leave a zero star review. The driver lied and claimed he attempted a delivery. He did not. I am handicapped and need the equipment. Now I have to wait two more days for delivery. I was promised by two different phone agents that the local facility would call me they did not even attempt that! Very disappointed. Gentlemen your customer service is sub par!!!
