Fast, friendly and very helpful!
I do not have easy access for a truck to pick up at my location, so I decided to drop off a pallet at FedEx Freight. After completing the transaction online (via Uber Freight), I went to drop-off. Important to have your documentation (bill of lading) because they will ask you at the gate. The personal in the office were very helpful, and the forklift driver promptly picked up the pallet that I unloaded in the parking lot.
