Always kind and friendly. I have all of my reptiles shipped here and they’re always taken care of.
Fedex driver dropped off my very important envelope at a Dollar General. 3 hours later a FedEx Driver pickup the same envelope before I was able to pickup after work and driving around with my important papers in the envelope the past 7 days without even dropping off at the drop off location. Extremely unprofessional and I'm not able to pickup at a FedEx Center because the Fedex driver has marked it as in the process of being delivered.
After living in the area for 6 years, I just discovered a FedEx ship center for the public is very near my home. The lady taking care of my store return was super. She was having trouble getting a receipt to print for me and did not want me to leave without it on the event the package got lost. So she figured out the issue, and I got my receipt. I very much appreciated her diligence.
