I’ve shipped many things through this location and have yet to run into any issues.
The lady working was more than helpful. She made my experience returning something without a label on so easy. I was so stressed dealing with this issue but she made it such an enjoyable experience. Great sense of humor and very personable. Wish I had her name. It was July 26th. She was the absolute best
The Fed Ex driver delivering at approximately 2:45 pm in the 3800 blk. Of Kings Arms Lane was a Godsend. Our Dog had gotten loose and she took the time to ensure he didn’t cross the street and he came to her , which helped me to get control to make the 2 block return home. God bless you!
FedEx delivered my packages to wrong address and took a picture of the door where they dropped the packages it was not my address
