This review is specifically about the employee who assisted me during my visit. I waited while she finished a personal conversation with a coworker, and when it was finally my turn, she barely looked at my phone before dismissively saying, “Oh, we don’t do that.” There was no attempt to explain, help, or offer an alternative solution. The location has the rudest employee I have ever dealt with. If you don’t want to work with the public then don’t but the attitude that older lady that works there gives is extremely unnecessary. Everyone I send up there to mail stuff off comes back to me complaining about how rude she is for no reason.

I recently received medical supplies from the v.a in lake city florida. On many occasions the packages are damaged. Even when a package is marked perishable they will leave it outside instead of the office where they are directed to do. Last month they messed up 3000.00 dollars worth of medication. As it was not delivered in the proper place or condition. I strongly recommend that ups pick up the contract again.
