Delivery drivers don't follow instructions, customer service is usually a waste of time trying to make it through their AI. The apps full of bugs and one bug won't allow me to update Delivery instructions with out adding an adress, upon following instructions it will say cannot add becuase adress already exists in this profile and won't allow me to proceed.

Waited at home on a package delivery according to the email package was delivered at 6 34 pm but not at my front door This package is a replacement glucose sensor it is sitting somewhere outside and I can’t get ahold of anyone it was supposed to be delivered today between 11am and 3pm it’s Friday evening and I have no glucose sensor to check my glucose. I am very very disappointed and frustrated that people can’t do their jobs and deliver someone’s package at the right place. This is horrible customer service

I've had to ship a few transmissions out on less than a truckload (LTL) . I go through a shipping broker, but FedEx is usually the more affordable one, but their quality is top-notch. This location has always been very friendly and helpful whenever I have to drop off my shipment.
