Fast and great customer service!
The fed ex at the airport is always great. But pick up times and options for other drop off points is "sketchy"... ie; your supposed to be able to drop off in jerome and at the mail room in twin by 1400, but the lat few times there been n gone by 1130 am. It makes it very difficult. To have to drive for two hours just to get your pig. Out that day.
Very dumb to have customer service not from their own facility but from outer state
Will look you in the face and lie to you. Will take your number call you to make sure it will work while your there then be to lazy to call and let you know what's going on with the package
