Absolutely terrible experience. Dishonest business practices, adding on additional fees after the freight has been delivered and we often get boxes that are damaged. This is the last shipper I would use. They seem to go through seasons of heightened dishonesty and money grubbing. I just looked at some of their reviews and I found one sight that rates them at 1.3 stars out of 5. I don't even know how you can get a rating that low. And that was from their own employees!
