Please stop being lazy and deliver packages where they belong! I live in a duplex (upstairs) I do not live at the bottom of the stairs where you all left my package and had the nerve to say you left it at my front door! If you can’t deliver a small package upstairs you shouldn’t be working for fedex! Please do better
Wonderful place to work. Coworkers and management is amazing. The drivers are fro independent cotractors, and are great people to talk to. Only issue is the people leaving reviews complaining about their packages and fedex customer service that all we do at this location is load packages from the transport trucks to the vans for the drivers to deliver them to the people, or for outbound when we unload the vans and load the transport trucks
They keep changing Saturday deliveries to Monday, stating its per customer request even when I did not request that. And it has now cost me money several times and they dont honor the delivery time lines of 2 day delivery when its been paid for. If I had my choice I would never use Fedex.
Recent signature delivery was hours before scheduled time so I missed it, package pick up at a location for grants pass is closed before 5pm. How does that partnership make sense FedEx? give us an option for missed pick up after 5pm. Now I have to wait another day and hope to time the delivery right while missing work.
