There was a review a year ago and the business hasn’t changed. Still awful communication. Avoid use
They don't come to your house but say. They did. 4 days I waited outside for a package. Each day "tracking" said they came by. They didn't. No door tag, no call, NOTHING. I had to drive out there near the airport to attempt pick up. I was told by FedEx ground that someone should be there by 3:30. When I arrived I could not find a business customer door.
