Google maps showed the location as a drop box and open but it's inside the lobby and closed at 4:30pm. Knowing the time, it would be fine as a drop off point.
Packages are left on the road or at the neighbors houses EVERY time. We have clear house number directional signs, we have constructed a delivery platform for packages so the drivers do not even need to exit the vehicle. Regardless...There are no customer service options and the offices are unresponsive.
I just tried to drop a package off at this location with a QR code. I arrived at 4:40 after googling the location and time in Blaine,WA. It said closing at 5;00 pm. It was Friday, October 11th. I pulled into the parking lot and two women were exiting so I asked through my window if they were open and she said no and started chatting with the other women.
