There was only 1 person running the register where the fed ex drop off and print center are put together, and I was 3rd in line. After 10 minutes of waiting, another associate came up and instead of taking the next person in line, she decided to check out a lady standing off to the side of the counter, not in front of the registers, who had not been waiting in line.
