Get there before 4pm and ask the parking attendant for the code to get into the mail room. Historical note: This drop box is 3 blocks away from the Bank of America branch where the North Hollywood shootout took place in 1997.
This dropbox is located inside a locked room and not available for the general public
Locked mail room location: There is a dropbox here for fedex and ups BUT it’s in a locked mail room. There is a security guard for the building who occasionally is available to unlock the mail room but otherwise you are out of luck. (I heard from the bank security guard that the building security works till 4pm). You can hope someone from the building is dropping off mail to their mail room when you happen to stop by.
