I called your main FedEx number and your so called Customer Service agent(s) I spoke to are totally useless. I asked for the phone number for your Ponderay, ID location and they said she said she had never heard of Ponderay. I ended up looking it up on my iPad and found it! And, this was after trying forever to get through to a live agent. It was impossible to get any information that I required as to where you have drop off locations for FedEx Ground.
