Very easy access.
A great location for a drop box. Centrally located in the heart of FishHawk. Ease of access and parking mark this an easy choice. Although they could keep the supplies better stocked.
I was able to get my shipping done but the customer service is less appealing. The lines were long since it took 3 reps to handle one person's transaction. Not interested in using this location in the future.
The drop off Box is clean with pickup time. 4 stars because almost all forms are missing, needs to be a sign making it easier to find and fed ex needs to update times on website . If fedex updates their site ill gladly bump my review to 5/5. Maps make the fedex box appear to be in middle of plaza. It is behind plaza by the mailboxes and dumpster. Curbside.
