This location is absolutely terrible and not handicap friendly. I had a large package, i got it into the facility that was labeled for drop offs, it was all ready to go and the woman was very cranky about having to serve us, literally said something like "they are just here as a courtesy" She made no effort to help a handicap person manage the package. Shame on her and Shame on fed ex for allowing this site to operate this way.
