Was supposed to recieve a package by the 4th. It didnt arrive yet. I called over by the 5th to ask if I could pick up the package as it was waiting at a facility an 18 minute drive away from my home. I was told it was at one location. When I went there. It wasnt there but a worker told me to go down the road to the large facility. Went and called the customer service pick up number. Worst delivery carrier service in USA
I caught your driver on camera stealing my package. I will be pressing charges unless my package comes up. I got a clear picture of the truck & driver! Stealing children's christmas gifts!
Never once had a package on time. Often times they just never show, assuming they are stolen. Then when you call in it's AI bullshit. I avoid FedEx whenever possible.
This location is horrible, they steal at this location, they lie about the status of your package. I had a total of 3 items stolen from me from this location. When you call customer service, they can’t get in touch with anyone, no one answers the phone and if they do, they will still lie about the status.
