This location is horrible, they steal at this location, they lie about the status of your package. I had a total of 3 items stolen from me from this location. When you call customer service, they can’t get in touch with anyone, no one answers the phone and if they do, they will still lie about the status. This Review is Tisha only who I talked to on the phone today. I am very satisfied with the help I received from her to help locate my package. I was very frustrated with the other reps that I dealt with and she was able to calm me down, get in contact with the station for me, and locate my package. Phenomenal customer service. She needs to be training everyone at FedEx about answering the phone the right way and helping customers. Thank you so much for your help Tisha.
Driver lied and said he delivered my package to my home, a single family home. He left it at a apartment building on 12/24/2024. My camera had video of the wrong delivery. I filed 3 complaints and they had the nerve to tell me to contact the shipper. Shipper is not at fault here and had nothing to do with the theft. FedEx owes me $66.00 and are refusing to reimburse me. The shipper is irrelevant to this for what this incompetent driver and business did. They should really get a zero. I guess the drivers now decide who and who not to deliver to. If your package weighs more than 2 lbs I wouldnt count on it showing up. My driver was Derrick for several days in a row and everyday Derrick manged to find an excuse to not deliver my package. Maybe they should hire some under paid Amazon drivers because they always deliver your package. I really can't believe these drivers still have jobs
Ordered tires. I was told by a work that they were there, but no one wanted to deliver them, so I had to pick them up myself.
