We live in Iona and 2 times they have delivered to the wrong address! They need to double check they are at the correct destination! On top of that, this facility is next to impossible to get in touch with so we can't let them know! This is EXTREMELY!! Get it together fedex!
Driver steps in my flower/shrub area to toss packages over rail onto the porch instead of walking up 2 steps! Steps right on flowers and shrubs and throws our packages. Too lazy to just walk up two stairs! I don’t appreciate my plants getting smashed as well as he has no idea what he’s throwing in those boxes!
