Two weeks had passed since the delivery date so I valled to inquire with FedEx. To findout they had delivered to the wrong address I had to track it down myself after I filed with FedEx the package was never delivered the lady on the phone was very short and unpleasant. For 17 years I have had nothing but absolute hell from this shithole company. My Business is marked with 24" tall red on white Lettering on ad 14-8 sign along with the building number. I still cant get vital parts delivered to keep my production and facility going. I drove 1 hr Saturday 5-30 to pick up and item that was delivered. Searched the entire industrial park. Nothing. This place is garbage they are always not delivering my medical equipment and supplies even though I tell them I'm disabled and need them Joyce Ellis is a piece of crap won't answer the phone won't return messages all this out of the independence ky FedEx if anyone knows her boss please let me know i have filed over 20 bbb complaints and getting ready to do another they lie to bbb and don't follow through I also have an attorney we are putting together a lawsuit because i am disabled

My shipment 872284453942 was not attempted to be delivered to my house , driver listed as a business closed and delivery instructions told him to come to the address house in the back of another address house and I was outside with no notice left either The lies unconvinced my business and will advise this location as being lazy incompetent and not worth valuable business . Noreen was incredible, with customer service skills worthy of 10 stars! When I got to her counter, she explained she couldn’t use the color photo I’d spent over an hour and a half getting from across the parking lot at Office Depot Office Depot because the prints weren’t cut evenly or even the same size. I couldn’t believe I’d spent all that time there, and the young lady who helped me had set everything up on my phone, only for me to discover they didn’t even have a printer app for what I needed. Clifton nj - worst fed ex driver .. leaves a 70 lb box in my driveway of pet food after i left instructions to bring it to the front door.. I can’t lift it. I just had shoulder surgery and now my pets food is sitting in the boiling heat..  you call FedEx to have them come back and deliver it where he was supposed to deliver it and nobody does anything I hate this company!!!!

I’m not happy fed x has delayed my package for three days straight and normally their great but this is ridiculous it said they couldn’t deliver today because of bad weather and the sun is shining and I no I have packed snow in my driveway but they could have walked it in so I’m pissed and its medication I need and I’m out

I was the only person in line, I began to put my items on the counter for mailing, then the staff person told me to wait for the next person in line to buy some envelopes before he took my order. This is rude and uncalled-for. People should be served in the order they arrive.
