I was very frustrating to find until I actually looked at the picture and review someone posted after I already found it. As he said it's on the north side of the building on the outside. I walk through the building and all the way around the building before I found it. It'd be nice if the map directions would take you directly to it when you're using the heads up display instead of taking you to the front of the building.
Located center of north side of building. FedEx express and ground drop box is outside so open 24 hours. Must be smaller then 20"x12"x6". Pickup is at 3:30 pm, weekdays only. Note there is also a UPS drop box here.
