Stephanie at the Fed Ex pick up, was amazing and extremely helpful. She deserves a raise or a bonus.
Imagine leaving a p.c. board out in the rain , near a storage shed not any where near the main entrance for a business . The answer I was given was " a signature wasn't required " Wow what an answer--- Fed ex as a company isn't responsible because the driver is an independent contractor, and in my case he doesn't speak english
