Twice now our package has not made it to destination. These were properly labeled, and deposited in the drop box well before the cut-off, but the lab has never received the specimens. I am dependent on the monthly labs to verify my treatment is effective. We tried the FedEx Onsite locations and each told us their collection wasn’t reliable, so pinned our hopes on this drop box. Clearly, it is no more reliable than Dollar General locations.
