Took me to a place with no FedEx drop box.
I had a return. The box would not fit in the slot. There should be a facility in our town where actual humans take your packages. Since Walgreens closed in our town., another business needs to step up. It is very inconvenient to drive to another town. Please make changes Fed Ex.
It’s a small little box you can’t put big things in it. There’s no self service counter or even a counter where there’s humans to send back FedEx packages even in my area. FedEx needs to invest in some kind of customer service where you can call them get somebody on the phone and potentially even go into a store and drop off packages and such
Slot a little small. Need a store drop spot in town. Since Walgreens is closing nowhere to drop bigger stuff.
