While the box is there.. it is small. No sign to indicate it until you are right on top of it. My package fit fine but I would recommend a larger slot option as well. It looked clean and well maintained. It looked secure and it was labeled with a sign that said if it had been picked up already for that day.
Easy to get to and very quick in and out
Had a return to send for someone who messed up my shipment had to return it and box wouldn’t fit at all. Had to drive to Albany and cost more in gas than the return. Second time this has happened and please consider having someplace locally that can receive packages that are larger or a bigger box opening.
Took me to a place with no FedEx drop box.
I had a return. The box would not fit in the slot. There should be a facility in our town where actual humans take your packages. Since Walgreens closed in our town., another business needs to step up. It is very inconvenient to drive to another town. Please make changes Fed Ex.
