You almost never drop your package off with a person. They tell you leave the package on a desk (It looks like customers shouldn't even be inside) You have NEVER get a receipt showing acceptance. Also 3-5 people always congregate in the parking lot to smoke cigarettes and sit on their phones. They are never willing to help- You need to get buzzed inside the fence to gain access.
