Was supposed to have a package delivered 2/13/2025. It was an engagement ring. Then tracking said by end of business day 2/14/2025, it's now 6pm on valentines day And STILL NO PACKAGE. Customer support was of no help and has now delayed my package AGAIN. Valentines day has now been ruined because someone couldn't do there job. They were 1 mile from my home and couldn't deliver my very important package... I will NEVER deal with FedEx again!!!! Very poor customer service and very poor delivery timing!!!

It's a FedEx drop box, for Pete's sake. What is there to review? It worked. But the directions from Google maps were terrible. I drove in circles before I finally figured out where it was hiding.
