I’m not happy fed x has delayed my package for three days straight and normally their great but this is ridiculous it said they couldn’t deliver today because of bad weather and the sun is shining and I no I have packed snow in my driveway but they could have walked it in so I’m pissed and its medication I need and I’m out
I was the only person in line, I began to put my items on the counter for mailing, then the staff person told me to wait for the next person in line to buy some envelopes before he took my order. This is rude and uncalled-for. People should be served in the order they arrive.

This FedEx location ABSOLUTELY SUCKS ! I’ve been waiting for my package since Friday 2/13 and the first message was they couldn’t find my location “BULLSHIT ) then I was called by a young lady on the 14th asking specific directions to my home which is assanine it’s so easy to find on Google Maps ! Like many others, cannit get deliveries from this center on time and their customer service is useless. Had to have a package reconsigned after multiple unexplained delays.
My shipment supposed be delivered on Feb. 2nd, but bad weather delayed it to on Feb. 4th until 8:00pm. The website is not updated. It’s 10:30pm on 4th. I really need it until 10:00 pm tomorrow morning, but I can’t search it where is it now and when it’s delivered. The regular mail by USPS is coming everyday during snowing day.
fedex sucks, purple promise is a hoax
Lacrosse FedEx is pathetic. Your package says out for delivery. Then at the end of the day says delivery changed due to weather. The weather wasn't even bad. It was no snow or nothing. Not the first time this has happened. Have also had packages just thrown off the truck just by the road and not taken up to the house.
Lexi who works there is always friendly and professional and willing to help. Lexi remembered me each time I went there. If I had a company I would steal her from Fed ex immediately.
