It's a bout two weeks and my package is still in the box! Worst experience!
Drop box is inside the building which was locked at 630pm, so this is not 24/7 drop convenience as they claim
customer service is very uplifting n assuring
Pick up is once a day @ 6pm (per box posting) & is only Mon - Fri.
It’s not about the love for this place it’s really the lack of communication when asking questions it goes in through one ear out through the other ear.
