I had 3 bad experiences with them with the past 3 times I ordered from them. The first one I ordered an phone and I was suppose to sign and the guy never rang our door he came up and then realize he couldn’t open the door to our apartment complex and then he just walked out and left and I had to go pick it up a hour away. The second experience I had was they delivered my package to my neighbor across the street. A day later our neighbor had to bring our package over and ask if it was ours.
