I haven't had an issue with Fed Ex delivering my packages to my home ever.
Worst service ever! Packages "delivered" but not delivered. I personally think they are being stolen by employees. Only high value stuff seems to go missing. Had a case of ammo that mysteriously disappeared as "delivered"!!
Fed Ex always deliver right to my house. We were missing packages and contacted Walmart. The we continue looking for our packages. FedEx tossed them out half a block from my house on the corner of winters and West street. Thats not good service. Then talking at work about our experience with FedEx Three other people said they have had that happen lately too! Don't just take us for granted FedEx. We should be given an apology. We need better service Than what was delivered.
Fedex is beyond horrible! Constantly have packages that say delivered and are no where to be found. Plus if you call fedex they say that they cant do anything for you and only the shipper can file a complaint or claim. Total joke!
