Get there at 5:40pm and a FEDEX truck is blocking the view of the box, so I drive through the business lot looking for it and at 5:46pm I find it AFTER the truck moves,and kept going even though I honked and tried to get their attention. And forget about calling to report the issue, the automated service keeps saying it can not hear me!! And the amount I paid for the label to get it there next day, ridiculous
Absolutely the worst, every time I see fedex in my tracking details I get nervous. My package arrived at the Colfax facility on the 9th and 4 days later it’s still missing! Unfortunately it’s the norm for this place
