Works fine! Had to mail a frozen biological sample to a lab using this drop box, on a hot summer day. Sample made the trip overnight according to FedEx tracking AND the quality of the lab results. What's nice is that the location of this particular drop box is in the shadow of nearby buildings and is north facing, so it doesn't get much sun throughout the day.

Was nervous to use this as there was only one review saying the package never sent/arrived, but mine did.
I dropped my package here, and never got any updates from it. My package is missing. Never drop off here again.
