This was very hard to find for me. The directions from Google were not quite accurate. It is not in the main Univest parking lot. It's better to go to the back parking lot where the sign says "Delivery Area." The box is kind of strangely located almost underneath a metal staircase that looks like a fire escape. If you're in the main Univest parking lot, look for the brick building that has a shape almost like a barn with the 3-story metal staircase attached to the end of the building.
Quick and easy drop off of package. It not very far away from my apartment either. A little difficult to find once in parking lot.
