Dropped a package off at this location on 12/29/24 and the company never received my package. I don't know if packages are stolen out of this box or if my package was lost since the fedex tracking number associated with the package did not turn up results and I was unable to communicate with a fedex employee because their phone system did not recognize the tracking number. The company from where I purchased the item gave me a courtesy refund. Had they not, I was going to file a claim with my bank. Don't use drop off boxes. G... read more
