After you enter A.G.Spanos building, go straight passing the security guard, then turn left. There is a sign on the door, "Mail room". There are two drop boxes in that room. Left one is for Fedex and right one is for UPS. Do not confuse the drop box. Pick up time is 3:30 PM.

Previous poster says it's hidden, well they hid it pretty well - I couldn't locate it. Not in lobby, and security guard was not on duty. If I find it next time, I will post a pic w/ location.
Hidden location, not apparently reassuring about regular pickups.
