USPS box next to sidewalk is a red herring, just pull in and it'll be under the awning of the building, next to the orange "C3" door. Drop box is in working order, lovely place to drop off small/medium packages.
I have 2 medium-large packages. I drove to multiple locations in town per Google but each location said they didn't have drop-off. I found a single dropbox by a Mental Health Clinic but... my package was too big to put inside the box. In another aspect of life, that's not a problem.
