In the parking lot near some mailboxes not in the strip mall as shown in maps. Also pick up is at 4:30 pm on work days not 6:00 pm.
FedEx box is located in the Naples Outlet Center. It is outdoors for convenient drop-off. Pickup is at 6PM on working weekdays (no holiday pickup). Note ... this is simply a drop off box for prepaid items. There is no service here.
I hate hate hate the location for is locals. Who wants to pull up to a fancy hotel that has valet just to drop a package off... it meets the demand of tourists only bc its conveniently in their hotel. I drove 30 mins to drop off something and spent more than that finding a parking spot without valet and walking up the huge hitt
