If I could give a 0 I would. I never use dropboxes, I usually will go out of my way to go in person to drop off packages and get a receipt. This was my first time, I dropped off two packages-one of which did get scanned. The other shows no initial scan for weeks. When I contact Fedex I get the run around and am told that the package is lost and to file a claim.
