This one is a little difficult to find hopefully this will help. Enter the main gate into Cross Keys off of Falls Road and turn left after the gate. Then take the first right at the stop sign. Continue straight going towards the hotel, passing the parking garage that is on your right. It's easier than entering from this side. Whew! Felt like I was Geocaching with bad info trying to find this drop box! The pin for Google Maps was about a half mile off, and asking employees of the shops got me nowhere. The drop boxes for both UPS and FedEx are in the underground parking area directly below the hotel near the elevators. It’s a bit confusing, but if you get lost, head to the registration desk of the Marriott’s Delta Hotels Baltimore North and you are one floor above the drop boxes. Difficult to find. Both drop boxes are on the first level of the garage (not the basement level, level 1). You can take the stairs or elevator from the cross keys in by the courtyard.

The FedEx and UPS drop boxes are in the basement garage near the elevators. Park at the top lot near the corner with Williams Sonoma, enter the shopping center at the corner and when you come to the courtyard look for the double glass doors on the left. Enter and take the elevator down to the basement lot, they are around to the right. Save time this way.
